🌍✈️ This month, Pamela Latimer, Education and Training Business Development Manager, representing Longford Women’s Link, travelled to Växjö, Sweden for the final Community of Practice as proud partners in the FLIARA Project (Female-Led Innovation in Agriculture and Rural Areas)!

💡 Hosted by Linnaeus University, the event brought together project partners, rural female innovators, and experts from across Europe to reflect on the project’s findings.

A key focus was on how the voices and experiences of rural women can shape policy and practice — ensuring that innovation, gender equality, and inclusion are central to the future. 📜🌱
